Every call changes its DNSH form and every action requires evidence throughout application and delivery. Rebuilding files consumes service margin.
Voombu opens one file per action, guides the two-part assessment, retains commitments and prepares the programme template. A third party validates inside the Portal, with no minimum portfolio to start.

Consumption, certificates and investment plans are scattered by building. GRESB becomes an annual project and the CRREM stranding year is difficult to reproduce.
Each asset holds consumption, EPC and measures. Voombu calculates intensity, CRREM pathway and EPBD gap, prepares GRESB and traces portfolio risk down to the building.

PAI arrives in different sheets, with unsourced estimates and four quarterly snapshots that are hard to rebuild. Then the statement and every product must be recreated.
The investee answers from its own data and the manager aggregates by entity and product, declaring coverage, attribution and estimates. The same data feeds the PAI statement and Article 8 and 9 templates.

Hundreds of CAE measures, short deadlines and ownership chains mean one evidence or double-counting issue can block whole batches.
Voombu derives each measure form, reproduces calculations, controls ownership and double counting, and sends the sealed file to the verifier. The portfolio is managed by volume without charging drafts.

Much of each engagement is spent sorting folders, chasing evidence and rebuilding versions before substantive review can begin.
The Portal provides read-only access, requests, findings and a sealed opinion inside the file. There is no technical exclusivity and the commercial relationship with the customer is direct; Voombu reduces hours per engagement without influencing the opinion.
