Extended frameworks

ESRS, full GRI, CDP, GRESB, DNSH, CAE, SFDR and EU Taxonomy are contracted per entity and year. The first extended framework is charged at 100%, the second at 60%, and the third and subsequent ones at 40%.

DNSH per action, with five-action bundles. CAE per file sent for verification, never per draft. Real estate by managed asset with decreasing tiers and GRESB by reporting entity. SFDR by manager framework and declared Article 8 or 9 product.

Multi-licence · MLC client

For sustainability and grant consultancies, managers with investees and real estate managers: annual platform base plus a decreasing tier per active entity, minimum four entities. Multi-client console, MLC client branding by tier, support in under 24 business hours, quarterly training and API. No commissions or income sharing: the MLC client sets its final price.

Light account · no licence

If a customer, bank, manager or landlord requests data through Voombu, you answer only what is requested in VSME format and attach evidence. If you later need your own reporting, you become an entity without loading the data again.

Implementation and rules

Implementation is scoped after the free diagnosis. Launch terms apply to early clients and renewals use list pricing. Third-party fees are paid directly by the client. Voombu does not certify or audit.
